1. IMPORTANT: Please read through our Terms and Conditions first, before placing your order. 
**By sending in your order, you are deemed to have read, understood & agreed to our terms & conditions.**

2. Fill in the order form here: → Order Form ←

3. Email completed order form to ladycat.tw@gmail.com. Please indicate email subject as TW order: Your name/nickname

 4. Await for order confirmation email, where we will state the payment amount. We will reply within 24 hours after receiving your email.

 5. Proceed with payment, then send us an email to update your payment details.

 6. Wait for items to arrive!  
Order status can be checked at the Google Spreadsheet link provided in our email correspondence.
