Please refer to the below Q & A for questions regarding the order process.


1. How do I know which size to select for clothing?
A: You can refer to the measurements provided by the merchant on the item's webpage. The best way is to compare them to a piece of clothing that you have and decide which size would fit you best.

In the case where no measurements are provided for the item you are interested in, do let us know and we can assist to enquire with the merchant.

Please take care in choosing your size as exchanges/refunds will not be done if the inappropriate size is purchased.


2. Can I cancel/amend my order after submitting?
A: Before your payment is made, you can cancel or amend your order. 

However after payment is made, cancellations/amendments are not allowed as we will place orders as soon as possible to avoid items going out of stock.

Thus, please review your order carefully before sending it to us. 


3. Can I add further items to my order after submitting?
A: Yes, you may add further items but it will be treated as a new order. Thus, agent charges will be applied to the additional items as well.


4. What are the payment modes available?
A: We offer payment by the following modes:
    1. Bank transfer to our Singapore POSB account (ATM or ibanking)
    2. Paypal


5. What are the postage options available for international shipping from Taiwan to Singapore?
A: There are 3 main modes, all provided by Chunghwa Post (中華郵政), Taiwan's official postal service.
    1. International Air Parcel
    2. International Express Mail (EMS)
    3. International Surface Mail

6. Where can I check my order status?
A: Please refer to the Google Spreadsheet link available in the email correspondence that you received from us. 


7. Where can I track the delivery status of my package?
A: For International Air Parcels/Surface Mail, click here.
    For EMS, click here.


8. Will I incur customs charges?
A: If the value of the items in your package exceeds S$400, it will be subjected to Singapore customs GST of 7%. For more information, click here.


9. Is there a return/exchange policy?
A: We regret to inform that no returns/exchanges are allowed once you receive your items.

Before sending your items from Taiwan, we will check that the details (size, color, quantity) match with your order, and that there are no defects. If there are any issues with the items, we will contact you to discuss about the action you would like to take (exchange or refund), and this will incur further time and possibly cost.

Please note that the actual item may not be 100% same as what you expect from the merchant's website, and measurements of garments may not be 100% accurate. These are the risks that you may need to consider while doing online shopping. We will not make refunds/exchanges if items do not meet your expectations.
